My goal for this space is to equip, encourage, and connect middle managers to be successful in their leadership as well as create workspaces where their staff can belong and thrive.

Workplace culture is a significant factor that influences employee productivity, engagement, and overall job satisfaction. While the role of executive leadership in shaping this culture is undeniable, the impact of mid-level leadership often goes unnoticed.

Our roles, middle managers who directly interact with the frontline staff and implement the strategies set by the executive team, play a crucial role in influencing workplace culture.

This community aims to shed light on the importance of mid-level leadership, how it shapes an organization's culture, and connect with other leaders on the same journey.

We are the culture change agents in the organization that shapes the employee experience in a tremendous way. We need support. We need the community. We need some love too!
